These 7.5" X 8" potholders are plumped with Heidi's own naturally-grown and organic basil, rosemary and tarragon* because, as she says, "Herbs and their wonderful aromas should be part of all our lives."
As much as possible, the material used is 100% cotton but, as we all know, second-hand fabrics can be "anyone's guess."
Like many home-grown artists and artisans, Heidi comes from a long line of needleworkers, poets and painters. Of her gardens, she says, "I love to share them with others. They're sanctuaries for wildlife and humans... deer being the exception!"
* Special note: Although her farm's herbs and heirloom vegetables "are organic, they are certified naturally-grown."
